Atwater Kent Museum, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of the new full-time staff position, Capital Project Manager. This new position will be temporary for a two-year period and will oversee/project manage construction elements of the museum’s Capital Master Plan, which calls for important building upgrades intended to expand revenue opportunities, improve collection preservation, and enhance visitor access and experiences.
The Clay Studio, $54,900
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator. This new position will aim to boost the studio’s visibility, increase awareness and participation, and implement strategies to increase both earned and contributed income.
Eastern State Penitentiary, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Assistant Director for Development. This new position will aim to strengthen organizational capacity by developing a proactive but targeted fundraising plan, increasing the net contributed income, and increasing Board members’ participation in every aspect of the development program.
Independence Seaport Museum, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Group Sales Manager. The outcome of this new position will be an increase in group bookings and higher level of customer service leading to greater earned income.
Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new Executive Director. The new Executive Director will be a first-time position for the organization as it completes the transition and succession from the founding artistic/executive director.
Philadelphia Museum of Art, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Development Associate for Gift Planning. This position will provide support to the Director of Planned Giving and to the Development program in general as they ready for a capital campaign that will result in an extensive expansion and renovation project.
Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Director of Development. This position will lead the fundraising efforts of the Tessitura Consortium, create an individual giving program, enhance the fundraising potential of the Barrymore Awards, and seek new sources of funding.
Woodmere Art Museum, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new full-time staff position, Director of Finance. As a new position in the museum, the Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations including reporting and auditing, budgeting, daily financial transactions, systems required as the museum enters into a capital construction phase, and developing linkages between the strategic plan and the annual budget.
The Wyck Association, $60,000
PCMI funds will support the salary of a new part-time staff position, Development Coordinator, as well as the purchasing of new software for the upgrading of the donor relations database. The new position will help to increase contributions from individual donors, and the new database will improve the record-keeping of the donations.
